Further development of Curb and Ditch tools.

Instead of existing method the tool gives more option and higher speed of operation.

On the Floorplan: now it will be possible to indicate the surface of CUT or FILL next to the Roads and Plateaus instead of existing contour line only.

This list will have a more spectacular appearance instead of simple text file.

The polygon road operation was quite slow, but now with the separation to the other tool it will be much faster.

Tool, like in case of the linear roads.

All parameters - what was available in the Objects settings window only - are moved to the Tool settings window.

This polygon based element is almost the same as was in earlier version, but it's working separately, and it is mostly for parking places, and bus-stops, not for the road junction anymore.

This tool gives possibility to define the real road junction and roundabout with the easy connection to the roads. Road junction will be defined as a GDL object with many parameters and manul adjustment.

To make the road adjustment easier, there is a tool to split the already placed road element. With this operation the road does not have to be redefined in 2 separated parts.

With this tool we can add more modification points to the road contour, which allows make better roads.
