The Investor wishes to implement a long-term site development in the company's Baja area, of which the present building is the central office building. In the office building, those working in corporate administration and corporate management, who previously worked at several locations, were housed in one place, which made operation and communication significantly more efficient. The development resulted in the construction of a modern office building that fully complies with domestic and EU regulations. The building has two floors. On the ground floor there is a two-story high reception area with the reception. An exhibition presenting the company's history and main products awaits visitors here.
On the ground floor, there are the offices of the company's various specialties, the meeting rooms and the social block. The warming kitchen and the adjoining dining room are used for meals. Company trainings and meetings are held in the auditorium, which can be opened to the dining room for larger events. The visual staircase behind the lobby reception leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are also offices divided into several company areas, with a meeting room, tea kitchen and social block. |
