Reconstruction and modernization of an existing 3-storey building. The storage will be on the basement level, the sales area on the ground floor, and the workers' social blocks on the first floor. The three-storey building reinforced concrete pillar frame structure reinforced concrete point foundations and prepared for lane laying. The elements of the horizontal support structure are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with underribs for the level dividing slabs, and a prefabricated large-span PI panel with thermal and plastic sheet waterproofing on the upper plane of the roofing. The exterior facade walls are plastered and painted. On the first floor, above the unbuilt high-height sales space on the ground floor, a wall structure covered with TR sheets was created. |
